Move to the new assembly building

While the last renovation work was taking place in RUCH NOVAPLAST's new assembly area, the 1,600 m² area was already being used intensively for various work processes.

At the start of March 2021, work started on renewing the existing assembly hall. It has now been ready since February 2022. The order management team and all prototyping has moved into the new premises. They now have larger, light-flooded workplaces.

The largest profit from renewing the assembly hall can be seen from the new assembly line, which considerably expands the assembly and joining capacities of RUCH NOVAPLAST. Thanks to automation at the right places, ergonomics, accuracy and quality are considerably optimised. A cargo/person lift facilitates the flow of goods to the second floor.
This creates more possibilities, from parts assembly to the assembly of entire systems and function and seal tests.

With this, RUCH NOVAPLAST is expanding its range of services in the area of assembly from product finisher to system supplier.
