LIGHT AND STURDY
The use of ELAPOR® makes it possible to manufacture particularly filigree models that are yet robust and airworthy. If the model aircraft are very large, additional components are foamed into the particle foam for additional rigidity.
Model aircraft “Ready to Radio”
RUCH NOVAPLAST manufactures all the foam parts and takes over the entire assembly of the gliders, so that the buyer only has to contribute and connect the receiver and the battery.
Pre-assembly also includes the adhesion of foam parts and the installation of the drive motor, the engine controller and the servo. These components are expertly wired together, of course, and are subject to a corresponding function test. After pre-assembly, the foam parts of the aircraft model are fitted with the corresponding decals. In addition to these services, RUCH NOVAPLAST packs the foam parts including the accessories into the end customer packaging.
FROM MODEL AIRCRAFT CONSTRUCTION TO AVIATION: EXPERIENCE AND KNOW-HOW FOR THE FUTURE
Our many years of expertise in model aircraft flight can also be transferred to other aviation fields with similar geometries, for example for unmanned aircraft (drones) used to transport goods.
Especially in the field of development and production, there are many similarities with model aircraft construction. The use of lightweight materials such as ELAPOR® or EPP enables the production of particularly filigree structures that are yet robust and airworthy.
The use of composite components such as NOVAfeed&fix® elements, can also be of advantage in the aviation industry.
Experience in handling complex geometries and the integration of electronics and drive technology are further skills that can be transferred from model aircraft construction to the aviation sector.
