Start in the professional world

At the beginning of September, Roland Zeifang, Managing Director of RUCH NOVAPLAST, welcomed seven new apprentices to the company.

RUCH NOVAPLAST is currently training 19 people in the industrial and commercial sectors, e.g. industrial clerks, mechatronics engineers, industrial mechanics and machine and plant operators. The training started with three induction days, during which the new employees were given many insights into the various areas of the company and were able to take part in initial training courses.

The highlight of the first week of training was certainly the day of soccer golf, which was organized by the trainees who are already further along in their training. This activity not only provided a welcome break from the daily work routine, but also allowed the trainees and trainers to get to know each other better and bond in a relaxed environment.
