Despite its compact size, the ECO 275 ventilation unit is just as efficient as units that take up more space. The expanded polypropylene housing from RUCH NOVAPLAST is also responsible for this.
It consists of three individual EPP molded parts that are joined together using thermal bonding(NOVAweld®) to form a chassis. This material-locking connection of the individual components to form a complete system results in the highest possible insulation and airtightness.
In addition, the EPP chassis ensures optimum air flow thanks to the design of the ventilation ducts. The individual components of the ventilation unit, e.g. fan, control unit and heat exchanger, are simply plugged into the specially designed recesses in the EPP housing and held securely in place. Behind this is our ingenious NOVAplex® design concept.
In the area of the condensate tray, the surface was finished by laser texturing during the foaming process. The result is a 100% watertight and completely flat surface. A NOVAfeed&fix® element was inserted into the foam to ensure that any condensation can be drained away safely.
Further NOVAfeed&fix® elements are foamed in at other points in the housing. This makes it possible, for example, to attach a sheet for external cladding directly to the EPP chassis.
The overall weight of the appliance has also been reduced thanks to the feather-light and at the same time excellently insulating EPP material.
An overall concept that is well worth seeing!
