NOVAson® – integrated functional spot

As a supplement to the NOVAFeed&Fix® series, NOVAson® solutions form the basis for self-tapping threads.

Functional enhancement by means of ultrasound technology

With this method, LiteWWeight® zEPP™ elements are simultaneously inserted into particle foam components in a firmly bonded and form-fit manner. The PT® screw used in the element is self-tapping, unlike the NOVAfeed&fix®.

We call this functional enhancement in particle foam NOVAson®.

This new system for the functional enhancement of particle foam parts is already being used by RUCH NOVAPLAST in initial series-production projects, and is of particular interest in the heating, air-conditioning and ventilation sectors.
