The thermoplastic granules, which consist of 95% air, impress with their low density (15 to 400 g/l), high mechanical strength and excellent thermal insulation properties. They therefore offer enormous potential for lightweight construction.
The granules are made either in a reactor (suspension polymerization) or on an extrusion line with gas loading and underwater granulation to generate beads that are as spherical as possible. Either way, we use granulates that are perfectly tailored to your specific requirements. Our material expertise creates solutions that are both technically and economically convincing.
