In-house tool design

In order to be able to manufacture moulded parts from particle foams, foaming tools that map the contours and produce consistently high-quality moulded parts over a period of many years are required. This is achieved in the in-house tool design department.

Exactly specified and manufactured

Customer requirements can be ideally included and implemented in an internal tool design as part of in-house product development. New tool technologies and processes are applied here, as well as our own innovation projects, for example in the field of efficiency improvement.

The foaming tools are exactly specified and manufactured with our long-standing partners in mould construction.
