Energy Savings with High-Efficiency Tools – H.E.T.

News (en)

The structure, processing, and design of foaming tools not only influence the quality of an EPP molded part but also have a significant impact on energy consumption during the manufacturing process. Targeted optimization of these elements thus plays a central role in increasing overall efficiency while minimizing ecological impacts.

Our efficient H.E.T. foaming tools (High Efficiency Tools) are energetically optimized and help to reduce the CO2 footprint of the products manufactured with them. The tools we developed and tested ourselves are not only a step towards sustainable production but also allow individual adjustments to achieve the greatest possible environmental benefit.

Experience shows that H.E.T. tools can save between 35 to 47 percent of the energy used, which brings not only ecological advantages but also positive effects on the product's direct costs.
