Another step towards CO₂ reduction

Industries worldwide are facing growing ecological challenges: the responsible use of resources and the reduction of CO₂ emissions are central tasks the industry must address. We also take this responsibility seriously and rely on innovative materials with a high recycled content to significantly reduce the ecological footprint of our products.

Manufacturers such as JSP and Kaneka now offer a variety of sustainable EPP materials, which contain between 30 percent and 90 percent recycled polypropylene from post-consumer molded parts, depending on the product. By reusing old materials, the circular economy is strengthened, and environmental impact is significantly reduced.

Another example of our contribution to a more sustainable future is the use of JSP’s ARPRO 35 OCEAN material, which consists of 15 percent recycled waste from the maritime industry and reduces CO₂ emissions by seven percent compared to ARPRO Black. This benefits both the environment and the circular economy: by using recycled raw materials, we not only reduce the need for new materials but also actively contribute to lowering CO₂ emissions.

All materials can be seamlessly integrated into series production at RUCH NOVAPLAST.
