Training, studies and internships
At RUCH NOVAPLAST, we offer trainees, students and interns a varied internship and training plan – with intensive support from experienced trainers. In addition to practice-oriented processes, you will take part in regular meetings, workshops and projects. We also promote external and internal further training and attach great importance to a positive learning atmosphere. Wherever there are machines, you are in demand. You will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly, maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems. You need to know not only the machines, but also the tools and materials in order to make the right decisions independently in a wide variety of situations.

You will look after and maintain the machinery – and if something does get stuck, you will quickly and carefully rectify the fault so that the product and material flow can continue unhindered.

The focus of your work after training will include setting up, setting up, operating and checking machines and monitoring the production process. You will also be responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting.
