NOVAfeed&fix®: Our innovation for feedthrough and fastening
The NOVAfeed&fix® series from RUCH NOVAPLAST refers to standardized housing feedthroughs and fastening elements that are created by combining PVSG standard parts with lightweight composite parts. In a one-step production process, we equip molded parts with metric threads that serve as an interface. The connection is material-locking and therefore outstanding in terms of load-bearing capacity and functionality.
Our NOVAfeed&fix® modular system offers numerous options
In the “metric” version, thread sizes such as M6, M8, M25 and M40 are currently available, ensuring maximum flexibility and easy installation. The NOVAfeed&fix® modular system opens up numerous applications, including pressure-resistant and pressure-tight cable feed-throughs with bend protection, sensor receptacles, hose couplings and options for active venting or drainage.
These sophisticated fastening elements combine efficiency and stability: they are inserted precisely, robustly and seamlessly into the EPP chassis, creating a durable and resilient connection that can withstand mechanical and thermal loads.

Secure fastening: with M6 and M8
The M6 and M8 fasteners from the NOVAfeed&fix® series have an identical particle foam ring. The key difference lies in the load capacity, which varies depending on the size of the internal thread. The internal thread of the M6 element measures M6x1, the internal thread of the M8 element (blue) measures M8x1.25. These fastening elements are used in a variety of ways, for example to attach service hatches to ventilation units or to mount units securely to walls. If hinges are required, NOVAfeed&fix® can be used to securely and stably connect two movable molded parts together.
Feedthrough, close and seal: with M25 and M40
The NOVAfeed&fix® elements with internal threads offer a wide range of possible applications: The internal thread of the M25 element measures M25x1.5, the internal thread of the M40 element measures M40x1.5. These threads serve as a practical interface for numerous applications. Among other things, they allow cables and hoses to be feedthrough and screwed on securely, support ventilation or drainage in building technology and are suitable for integrating Camloc fastenings.

Thanks to the precise fit of our molded parts and the innovative NOVAfeed&fix® elements, we achieve exceptional sealing values – often far exceeding the requirements. Whether wall ducts or complex constructions: We prevent uncontrolled air ingress and egress.
Particle foam meets injection molding
RUCH NOVAPLAST combines the best properties of particle foam and thermoplastics with the innovative PVSG technology (particle foam composite injection molding). The result is lightweight, stable components with an integrated fastening system – the perfect basis for our NOVAfeed&fix® series.
