RUCH NOVAPLAST is a leader in the development of innovative technologies for fixing elements in molded parts. After all, they bring essential functions into the particle foam in an economical way and thus contribute to its functionalization. In this area, we have a universal modular system of different fastening elements at our disposal, which are used depending on the area of application. For example, pressure-resistant and pressure-tight cable feed-throughs with strain relief and bend protection, hose couplings and sensor receptacles directly in the EPP chassis are possible. In the area of fixation, for example, hinge stop points can be used. Functionalization with inserts is an essential part of our product expertise.
NOVAfeed&fix® and NOVAson® are two innovations developed by us. With our NOVAfeed&fix® series, we offer standardized housing feedthroughs and fastening elements that are created by combining PVSG standard parts with lightweight composite parts. In addition, NOVAson® solutions form the basis for self-tapping threads.

The NOVAfeed&fix®series from RUCH NOVAPLAST sets new standards in the integration of standardized housing feedthroughs and fastening elements in particle foam moulded parts. This innovation combines functionality and efficiency: thanks to the interlocking connection directly in the housing, the NOVAfeed&fix®elements enable a durable and resilient connection that can withstand both mechanical and thermal loads.
NOVAson® uses self-tapping threads
With NOVAson®, RUCH NOVAPLAST focuses on the innovative functionalization of particle foam moulded parts using state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology. This method makes it possible to simultaneously integrate LiteWeight® zEPP™ elements into particle foam in a firmly bonded and form-fit manner, resulting in an exceptionally stable and precise connection. As a supplement to the NOVAfeed&fix® series, NOVAson® solutions form the basis for the use of self-tappingPT® screws. This technique not only ensures maximum durability, but also optimizes process times through more efficient integration.
