Certified, of course
All internal processes at RUCH NOVAPLAST meet the highest quality standards. The entire company is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
Precision with the latest 3D measurement technology
Our state-of-the-art 3D measuring arm technology ensures maximum accuracy in quality inspection. It can be used to check components for deviations that would not be detectable with conventional measuring technology. Through precise scanning, the molded parts are digitally recorded, measured and compared directly with the target data – with an impressive accuracy of less than 0.5 mm.
This technology makes it possible to precisely fulfill even the most demanding measurement requirements. Thanks to so-called color matching, even the smallest deviations can be made visible in real time. Foaming tools can also be scanned with this technology. This allows a detailed evaluation in direct comparison with the CAD data – for maximum precision in every production phase.
Transparent batch traceability
If you want your batches to be traceable, we make it possible. We offer you full transparency about the origin and route of each product. Our batch traceability makes it possible to trace where individual ingredients come from and how they move through the entire supply chain at any time. This allows us to trace each product back to the producer, the ingredients used or specific process and product characteristics – for maximum safety and quality at every step.
Dynamic component testing for maximum safety
Dynamic component testing makes it possible to test the quality of products under realistic conditions. As a rule, random samples are taken from production. The test methods then depend on the component in question.
In the area of body protection and protectors, we often carry out destruction tests to realistically simulate the behavior in extreme situations and ensure that the components can withstand the highest demands. In the case of transport safety devices, a drop test is often sufficient to check how the component reacts under load and how effectively it protects against damage.
Fully automatic leak test stand for EPP assemblies
When we use EPP housing assemblies in appliances that carry water, their tightness is crucial. To ensure this, RUCH NOVAPLAST has developed a fully automated leak test stand. Here, the EPP housing assemblies undergo a precise test in which we can detect leaks with absolute accuracy.
The results-controlled printing of quality labels takes place automatically in the test cell. We affix a QR code to each assembly, which contains all the relevant data on the product, production and quality. This allows us to transparently track all manufacturing steps – from the raw material to the leak test. The entire testing process is integrated into our ERP/MES and CAQ systems. This allows us to record and document all data seamlessly.
