Our NOVAplex® design philosophy brings order to the interior of every heat pump. Moulded parts made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) securely hold all components in place. This not only saves time during assembly and maintenance but also reduces costs for additional fastening elements.
The complex system of ventilation units can be perfectly designed in three-dimensional housings made of particle foams as well as a proper condensate drainage.
Hardly any other material combines low density, high insulation capacity and flexibile adjustment as effectively as expanded polypropylene. It is therefore hardly surprising that EPP is the first choice for insulation parts in heating technology.
Our fastening elements bring essential features to particle foam components in an economical way. With our NOVAfeed&fix® series, inserts by using ultrasonic technology, embedded or incorporated into particle foam through other methods, we provide our customers a toolbox of various fixing elements and solutions. Of course, we also support in selecting the right technology.
Expanded polypropylene (EPP) as a visible component is no longer a rarity. Unsightly surfaces are now a thing of the past. We offer textures that can be individually designed, back-foaming of films or decors, skinning, laminations with plastics or coatings. Let’s discuss your requirements and find the ideal solution for your application.
Our High Efficiency Tools are an in-house development to reduce energy consumption in manufacturing of moulded parts. They are energy optimized, lowering the carbon footprint of the resulting products.
To evaluate meaningful optimization measures, we support our customers with our product-specific Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculator. This tool allows us to precisely calculate CO₂ emissions.
